What does a Zoho implementation project include?
Process discovery, solution design, configuration, integration, data migration where needed, testing, user training and go-live support. The exact scope is written down before work starts, so you know what is included.
How do you price implementation?
We quote three parts separately: the Zoho licence, billed by Zoho; our implementation work; and annual maintenance. All figures are shared on request after scoping, and taxes are extra.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the number of applications, integrations, users and the data to be migrated. We give a timeline after scoping rather than a standard number.

Do you work with teams outside India?
