What we are here to do

We help businesses run on Zoho without fighting it. That means understanding how your team works first, choosing the right applications, configuring and connecting them, moving your data safely, and making sure people use the system.

How we think about the work

• Process before product. Software follows the process, so we map the process first.
• Plain scoping. You approve what is in and out of scope in writing before we build.
• Controls built in. Our finance, audit, information systems and data privacy experience shapes how we design access, approvals and audit trails.
• Reviewed and documented. Configuration and code are reviewed and handed over with documentation, so your system does not depend on one person.
• Honest about limits. If a Zoho feature does not fit, or depends on your plan, we say so before you buy.

Where we work

Our offices are in Coimbatore, Pune, Kolkata, Jakarta, Tokyo; in India, Coimbatore is the head office (Zoho partner in India). We serve clients in India, Indonesia, Japan, Singapore and the UAE (Dubai), and agree working hours and language with each client at the start of a project.

What our Zoho partner status means for you

Zoho Authorised Partner

Zoho recognises us as an authorised partner for its products. You can buy Zoho licences through us, billed by Zoho, and have the same team plan, implement and support them, so one partner is accountable from licence to go-live.

Zoho Finance Premium Partner

A Zoho partner status for its finance applications, such as Zoho Books, Zoho Expense and Zoho Inventory. Your accounting, invoicing, approvals and stock control are set up by a team that works on these products every day, with a finance and audit background behind the design.

Zoho Creator Registered Partner

When a standard Zoho app does not fit a process, we can build a custom application on Zoho Creator that shares data with the rest of your Zoho system.
