Each month we log into your CRM and provide the following services:
2 hours of monthly support and training
Security Review (Review of User Access, Roles & Permissions, TFA)
Bi-Weekly CRM Back-Up Download & Storage
Usability & Function (Review of process and procedures, Lead Conversion Status, Deal Pipeline Completeness/Timeliness, and Overview Tasks)
Data Review & Integrity Check (this includes record de-duplication and record completeness)

- We’ll let you know what actions we took and recommendations we may have 2 Hours of Support & Training to you and your staff for all Zoho products.*
- *These hours can also be used for remediation of any issues that we uncovered from a wellness check. *Any unused hours from previous months will carry over to future months (max. 10 hours).
